The following ewes and rams have been together and will,
hopefully, be giving us some wonderful babies in April and May
2008.  We have used three new rams and will have plenty of
unrelated bloodlines for  you to choose from.  We are also
introducing some new ewes.  Happy browsing!                 3/23/08
Reserve your ram lambs soon.
We will be wethering
ALL ram
lambs that are not reserved
shortly after they are born!
    Pansy has quickly
become one of our favorite
ewes.  She had a wonderful
lamb last spring, and we are
looking forward to another
cracker jack lamb this year!
This picture is just horrible
of her as she looks like she's
mad at me.  Guess she
doesn't care to be a cover
girl!  I really am excited to
see what her lamb with
Brother Derek will look like
in the spring with the
combination of colors and
patterns.

Raptor is definitely one of our  very
favorite sheep!  She has unbelievable
lambs every spring who grow well and
have excellent fleeces.  We will probably
keep a ewe lamb from her this year, but
will sell any twin ewe lamb or ram.
She was also in the pen with Brother
Derek this fall, so we are anxiously
awaiting spring to see what wonderful
babies arrive!  Raptor has leadersheep
genetics and could pass the trait on to
her lambs.
I am hoping to get a better
picture of
Brother Derek to
add later, but for now you
will have to take my word
that he's a very nice ram.
Brother Derek is a badgerface
with very good background.
He has a gentle disposition
and it's hard for us to keep
from rubbing him because of
this.
I am sure his lambs will be
wonderful additions to any
Icelandic flock!

2008  Ram/Ewe Parings
Cinnamon is a real
milk producer who has
had some excellent
lambs for us in the
past.  She is a moorit,
and will give one
moorit gene to each of
her lambs, thus they
will be able to have
moorit lambs.
We are very excited to
see what Cinnamon
and Brother Derek's
lambs will look like!
This is always a fun
time for us as we look
forward to the spring
lambs coming.
