Concord Hill Icelandic's
         Yearling Rams
Counter

The following 2006  UNREGISTERED rams are still
available for you to choose from.  There are some excellent
rams that can be combined with some of our ewes to form
a wonderful starter flock for breeding or for your own
fiber flock.  As I said earlier, these are the last
unregistered, purebred rams we will have.  Too many
rams make for a real mess on a small farm.

2006 YEARLING RAM LAMBS
Oliver:  Solid white, horned ram lamb.  Has both the possibility of
carrying spotting and moorit
.  Oliver has a very gentle disposition
and has been a favorite of ours.
Mother: Susan   Father: Levi
$220.00

Peanut:  Another solid white, horned, twin ram lamb.  He is pretty
much the same as Oliver in that he should carry spotting and moorit.
He is another sweetie that we have grown pretty attached to.  Mother:
Maggie    Father: Levi

$220.00
Jack Sparrow: This is an absolutely beautiful ram with thick, solid
black, curly fleece and the most impressive set of horns! He is not the
most friendly lamb we have, but he has shown
no signs of aggression
at all toward us.  He is another twin.

Mother: Black Cheeks   Father:  Troy                                       $250.00

Biscuit:  He is unrelated to most of our ewe lambs as he has a
different father.  Biscuit is a very light apricot.  He has horns and was
a single for a first time mother.  His father drowned in a freak
accident, and this is the only lamb he produced.  He is pretty aloof, but
has shown no aggression toward us ever.
Mother: Pansy  Father: Blizzard
$225.00

Hulk:  I can hardly tell Hulk and Jack Sparrow (above) apart.  They
are both so beautiful with thick, long, black fleeces and wide set horns.
Hulk is not very friendly, but does not show any aggression toward
people. He is a twin.
Mother:  Pearly         Father:  Troy
  $250.00

Matilda's twin ram lambs:  Matilda is one of our original ewes
and never has failed to produce nice lambs for us.  Both of her lambs
this year are no exception.  They are both black with nice thick fleeces,
and are both polled/with scurs.   Neither of these boys are friendly, but
they have shown no signs of aggression toward us.
Mother:  Matilda    Father:  Troy
  $225.00 each

Jasper:   Jasper is   a triplet, raised with both sisters, without any bottles
or additional feed from us.  His horns are really very nice and wide
set...and very long. He has a wonderful, sweet personality (probably
because my children have favored him over all the others!).  Jasper's fleece
is a variegated color  with brown, black, and tan mingled together.  He's
very nice.
Mother:  Callie   Father:  Troy
 $200.00

Alec:  I have always loved Alec's fleece as it's such an unusual color.  I
am pretty sure it will be gray when his adult fleece comes in, but now
it's a brown/gray that hangs in such nice long curls.  He is pretty aloof
with people, but seems to have a gentle personality.
$225.00

Midget Baby and Spottie: Yes, I know the names are horrid, but
they fit!  When Midget Baby and his twin Spottie  were very young
lambs, their mother died.  Neither of the twins would take a bottle, so
they didn't grow much.  They still are not great as far as prospective
rams, but would be great  for wethers if one were interested in such a
thing.
$100.00 each

Adam:  This is the only ram lamb we have that's not purebred
Icelandic.  He is 3/4 Icelandic and 1/4 Suffolk.  The Suffolk does add
a very interesting difference to the fleece, and he should produce some
meaty lambs.
$125.00
